Writing

Kate covers architecture, history, and travel for major national publications, trade magazines, and select clients in the construction and technology sectors. Her academic writing has been published internationally, most recently with a chapter in a book on women in architecture published by Routledge.

She has a monthly column, In Ink, for Madame Architect, a digital magazine devoted to telling the stories of women in architecture; is a regular contributor to Architectural Digest and Dwell; and has written for Variety, The Architect’s Newspaper, Elle Decor, Hunker, Apartment Therapy, Good Housekeeping, Artsy, House Beautiful, and more.
